Here’s everything you need to know about Elite Energy 32 Vs Bowtech Experience. Find all the information it in this article.

Rest, Trophy Ridge 5-pin vertical sight, & stabilizer. Each bow that I tested was a 70# model that was turned down to about 63# as I am still recovering from a shoulder injury. They were set to a draw length of 28″ and shot through a Whisker Biscuit rest. This test is limited to the bows carried by Hit or Miss Archery Center (Sorry, Bowtech and Hoyt fans… No dice in this test). What I love about going to a local dealer to try out the bows is that I am able to ask questions, get a feel for the bow, and draw my own conclusions.

A Revolver is located near each end of the riser and on the string stop mounting rod. There are five weights suspended in rubber around the outside diameter of the web to reduce vibration. Also check out the warranty on whatever you buy. If you damage your bow while on a hunt they will also ship you a loaner to your draw specs free of charge while yours is being repaired. Steadiness of aim is a difficult factor to pin down, depending as it does on multiple variables including perfect draw length, good shooting form, and conditioning. There is little doubt, though, that some bows are more easily held steady than are others.

Every draw is smooth and every shot is quiet, vibration free and deadly accurate without compromising speed. Choose the bow that will enhance your entire Experience instead of just getting you by. Live the superior archery Experience like no other. This flagship bow offers smooth performance and ultimate stealth in the field. BowTech Archery knows bow hunting is all about the Experience. The Black echoes the micro-adjusting trend with a brand new Roto Cam 5-Track Parallel Cam system.

It is available in 5″, 6″, and 7″ options; I chose to shoot the 6″ model in order to compare it with the Xcentric and the Impulse. Upon shooting this bow, I immediately noticed the ease of the draw cycle. Whereas many bows stack later in the draw cycle, the Ion was tough to draw initially, but the draw smoothed out noticeably throughout, easing into a solid back wall.

Bowtech Prodigy

Centre Pivot Extreme Technology resists shooter-induced torque for greater forgiveness. OverDrive Binary cams eliminate cam lean and provide exceptional tuning for cleaner arrow flight and FLX-Guard reduces cable guard torque for straighter arrow flight and easier tuning. BowTech has built a bow that no other manufacturer can match with technologies implemented in the Experience so advanced that they add proficiency to every aspect of the shot.

Also included is a peep sight and Dloop tied on the string. The most noticeable change is Elite’s new Riser Cage, found on the Energy 32, the Energy 35, and the also new-for-2014 Spirit. The upper part of the riser on most compound bows is offset to the right (on right-hand bows) to make room for the shelf and sight window. It then makes a left turn to bring it back in line with the lower part of the riser.

Shooting The Bow

Nate…..awesome analysis, thanks for the info. I will definitely be PM’ing you this spring….I plan on updating from the midevil equipment I am currently using. I am too a PSE guy, and probably shouldn’t admit this but I shoot a Deanie…..Shoots light, but still has no problem downing a deer, plus I just love the feel of it…. The grip is great, though not as comfortable as the Hoyt . The shorter ATA length makes it easy to maneuver as well. One innovative feature on the BT-X is the fact that there are small adjusters on each cam that allow for micro-adjustments to cam timing while in the field.

The people at Hit or Miss are some of the most knowledgeable people I have met when it comes to archery and they are all bowhunters. They have always given me the help and info I need. For 20 years, Mathews Inc. has been wowing the archery community with fantastic technologies, features and performance. The company has long been considered one of the world’s top bow makers and has served the entire bowhunting community by pushing the envelope. There is no denying that founder Matt McPherson and his hard-working team are a special bunch. The proof can be found at the end of the manufacturing line year after year.

While Bowtech has also improved their game when it comes to comfort with the improvement of their draw cycles, Mathews has really outdone themselves this time. At Mathews Archery, the company has a philosophy of out-doing itself every time it releases a new product. In the promotion video for this year’s new Vertix, you hear an explanation from Matt McPherson, CEO of the company, talking about the vibration of the bow.

The overall design is simple and elegant, with customizable features as well. Mathews Archery, however, has a core value of putting people first before anything. They focus on making sure that they take care of their employees in their company. They dedicate themselves to creating a happy customer base by creating the best products in the market. Bowtech is known for their Binary Cam System, which unifies the synchronization of dual cam systems and adds more weight to their bows so as to add more power.

31″ ATA – 7.25″ brace height – 85% let-off – 3.9lbs. Hoyt Archery, one of the industry’s finest bow manufacturers, continues to push forward with new technologies and higher levels of performance. The new Spyder line was created by diehard bowhunters and designed with a clear purpose — getting the job done in the field. There are three bows in the line — Spyder 30, Spyder 34 and Spyder Turbo. I made several horizontal adjustments to the rest to get proper arrow flight, then adjusted the sight pins twice laterally and twice vertically to get sub-two-inch groups at 20 yards.

Their newest creation, Centre Pivot Extreme or CPX, is a prime example of this. CPX redefines accuracy with its sleek new deflexed riser design and with the help of ultra low friction components the speed of 343 fps is easily obtained. Combined with Overdrive Binary Cams, FLX-Guard and HardCore Limbs, CPX gives you one scary unmatched accurate, deadly quiet, blazing fast piece of equipment.

Origins Of Bowtech

This warranty covers the riser, pocket, limbs and eccentrics against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the bow. The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all bows manufactured by Elite Archery in the past and present. The Prodigy is a great bow and the Power-Shift technology is not a gimmick; it really does work. The tech at the shop said that they found an increase of fps between the comfort and performance settings, with the standard setting falling in the middle.

New Bows For 2021

This bow is easy to hold and has a decent grip. The draw cycle was by far the smoothest I have felt on any bow to date (I have not shot a NO-CAM though so I couldn’t tell you how it compares). It was very easy and gradual with little stacking and little rollover.

Elite Energy 32

This along with a stabilizer eliminated the buzz. You dont have the string angle that causes problems for longer draw archers like you do on other short ATA bows. I still have a couple other models to try out but I am definately leaning toward the Invasion as my new bow this year.

I really like my local shop, but you guys are great. As stated in the last bow comparison article, get out to your local archery shop and shoot these for yourself. Don’t let hype and marketing be the main reason for your bow purchase decision. Use this info as a starting point, but confirm my findings on your own by shooting the bows you are interested in.

The Mathews McPherson Series line of bows is Matt McPherson’s playground in the two-cam market. He loves to create and improve current designs and brings his considerable engineering expertise to the table as his company pulls it all together for an impressive package in the Monster Chill.
