It has been difficult to give a delivery estimate for an exact order because our shop has been completely rearranged recently due to Millit moving out of the space. We are back to building and shipping orders out and are working our way through the GSO-6 backlog quickly. We do our best to fulfill orders in the order that they were placed and are very close to getting your order built. If you’ve seen similar knives on our instagram they are likely for another customer with the same taste in color choices as you.
Thanks for writing an awesome and detailed feedbacks. Coincidentally, you touched on the RMD which is what I have in INFI, and the Esee 6 which is what I have been planning to buy with the TKC G-10 scales. ESEE KNIVES ARE NOT THROWING KNIVES!

Are Survive Knives Really Worth The Wait?
Busse makes a run of a certain knife then may or may not ever make it again . Survive is not trying to drive up prices , but again it’s supply and demand . Survive knives are so wildly popular that they sell out quickly and then people are willing to pay more than the original price to get one .
I bought “in” to “upgrade” from knives I’ve owned for years. Survival knives are security, and confidence, which is why they are built a bit stouter than say a hunting knife. Survive Knives achieve these goals and executes them well. Best bits are they are very comfortable in use, pretty light weight, and agile. They cut very well for a long time.

No rust, no flaws, strong blades and amazing craftsman ship. Guy went the distance and because these were custom for a special gift Guy sent video of the process. I’m placing an order for the next run along with friends who want another one. First class service, first class blade. Thanks Guy, and Semper Fi, to you and Ellie.
On July 18, 2018, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery schedule. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from Survive! Knives’ online store, and after several years they have not received their products.

It is taking some time to get caught up on the inbox but we are staying ahead of new messages to come in. I am sorry if I have missed your request for a refund in this time, but we do issue refunds in full. I have been waiving the 10% fee which was originally instituted to help cover the payment processing fees that we pay on each transaction. Designed as the ultimate daily carry tool, the EDC-4 is comfortable and sleek. This knife will give you the confidence only a fixed blade can.
The Necker II is a twist on our original Necker knife. The main difference is the handle but the blade length is also longer on the Necker II. Both knives are designed as lightweight, easy carry options. Comes with ball chain, giving you the option… The handle on the Infidu is ok in most uses but because it is too flat, I suffered some fatigue on my fingers when doing some chopping tasks. When doing some power cuts in the saber grip position, the rather thin handle seems to dig into the palm area between my thumb and index finger. My friend owns a Swatmandu with liners in the handle scales and the broader width makes it more comfortable to hold.

Comes with a very good kydex sheath. No rattle, two belt cary options, scout and traditional carry. I saw this blade during a survival course in the Sierra Nevada’s. Ordered 4 for my wedding as gifts with the leather sheaths. All 4 of us use these everyday either in the field or in the line of duty.
Honestly, it’s a testament to the quality of their knives that disgruntled customers haven’t bad mouthed them out of business for such a poorly conceived business model. This GSO 5.1 from Survive Knives features a stonewashed drop point blade, .186″ blade stock and 1.488″ blade depth, full tang construction. The handle is comprised of black G-10 scales over full tang construction. Has some light sheath scratches, otherwise excellent condition.

What you have pointed out about the Esee 6 is exactly what I have been thinking. Moreover, I have a GSO 7/7 on pre-order and it should do what the Esee 6 was made to do. The new production method also results in blades with a cleaner finish along the perimeter (no more cutting-marks) and sharper edges that are capable of throwing sparks from a ferro-rod. A groove cut for striking a ferro-rod is still more effective. Users can do this themselves with a dremel-drum or honing cylinder. Ask yourself why they are in such demand.
Gso Series
We are still behind because it takes time to get caught up, but we are making a much better product now and are on schedule to be caught up in the next few months. This GSO 5.1 Custom by Survive Knives features a bead blasted drop point blade with notched thumb rest. The handle is comprised of brown micarta scales over full tang construction with notched exposed tang pommel.

From all the photos, I think I will like the contoured handle on the new GSO 5.1 and I think it will feel as good as my LT Wright GNS. Your criticisms of ESEE and Bussekin are right on. My Bussekin have needed thinned out, and it does add cost to get a sheath. However, I think they offer a lot of really comfortable handles, and getting your own sheath leaves more options. The ESEE 6 handle is not comfortable, and it does not cut that well.
On July 18, 2018, BBB notified the company of the complaint patter. To date, the company has not responded to BBB’s request to address the pattern. Designed to be a lightweight daily carry tool, the EDC-2.7 is comfortable in your hand and pocket. Small but mighty, this knife is easy to keep on you while still providing the confidence you can only get from a fixed blade knife. While the GSO-7/7 has been retired, its spirit lives on in the all new Vendetta 7.

The knife is like new, I only used it to test it out one time cutting and wittling a bit of wood. The GSO-6 is not currently available. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive an email when this model is in production again. We’ve taken the already outstanding SURVIVE!
