This kit was what I was looking for. You Tube video was helpful in installing. In fact removing old bungee was more difficult than installing new one. Bunk ends are now snug and look much better. Coleman Popup Parts is the greatest!!

I am looking for flaws and tears in the other parts so I have an excuse to switch those out too. Really like the three layer window also. Stiff enough cord to push through canvas with ease.

Was easy to install and attach the ends. Tightened up the canvas and sealed it well. Would highly recommend anyone do this if your shock cord is weathered at all. The last step, to tension the cord and attach the hook left me wondering if the new installed cord was to be placed through the attachment hooks prior to tensioning or just left ” slack” in the hem.

I have a 1005 Stoney Creek and the shocks worked perfectly. The video for the shock cords made it easy. Pretty sure existing shock cord was original to our new to us 1998 Coleman Taos.
